Disclosure of Information

We share data only with:

• California DMV and courts requesting completion data

• Authorized service providers: Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Vapi, Twilio, PostHog, OpenAI, and temporarily Google Analytics

PostHog analytics data is processed in the United States. We do not send PostHog names, email addresses, DMV identity data, payment identifiers, exam answers, chat text, or certificate identifiers.

OpenAI processes ad-attribution and confirmed-purchase events for ChatGPT Ads measurement.

We do not sell or rent Personal Information.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Customer-Care Program

When you call Mirai Traffic School and clearly agree, we may send one customer-care SMS containing the website link you requested.

Message frequency is one message per call/request. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help or email support@miraitrafficschool.com. Reply STOP to opt out.

Declining SMS consent does not affect access to our website or customer support. We do not send a message after a refusal, silence, or unclear response.

Cookies & Analytics

OpenAI Ads measurement is enabled by default. The OpenAI Pixel retains the ChatGPT Ads attribution reference in a first-party cookie and records a confirmed purchase after Stripe payment verification. Choosing “Essential only” stops future OpenAI measurement. Mirai Traffic School separately retains a limited first-party account and payment source, recorded as ChatGPT Ads, AI Voice Call, or Others.

Before you choose, PostHog and Google Analytics remain off. If you accept analytics, PostHog uses a persistent identifier linked only to your account UUID, and may record a sampled session on approved pages. Replay masks all page text, attributes, and form inputs and is disabled on authentication, profile, checkout, payment, exam, certificate, refund, and admin routes.

If you reject analytics, Google Analytics and replay remain off. PostHog records only aggregate cookieless traffic using a daily rotating, privacy-preserving identifier with person profiles and location enrichment disabled. Aggregate server outcomes use one-time identifiers and cannot be linked into a personal journey.

Google Analytics is retained as a consent-gated comparison for a temporary 30-day review period. You can accept, reject, or withdraw analytics at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the site footer. Choosing “Essential only” stops future OpenAI measurement, identified analytics, and replay, but does not remove Mirai Traffic School’s first-party account and payment source record.

CCPA Rights

Request data deletion: sign in to your account and submit a request from your profile. We will email you a confirmation link to verify your identity before admin review begins.

We respond to verified CCPA deletion requests within 45 days. Deletion requests are manually reviewed and do not automatically anonymize data.

We anonymize eligible profile personal information, but preserve DMV and court records, certificates, payment records, and compliance audit data when required by law.

We do not sell Personal Information, and you may request access or correction of inaccurate data by contacting support.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy. The Effective Date will update accordingly.
