FAQ

Frequently asked questions

After logging in, you can submit a refund request from your student portal. Alternatively, email us at support@miraitrafficschool.com.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Accessing any lesson content in the course counts as starting. Simply registering or viewing the dashboard does not count as starting.

The 7-day period starts from your purchase date (the day you completed payment for the course).

Joining a classroom date costs nothing extra, so there is nothing to refund if the session does not run. We notify you by email about 72 hours before the date, and you can continue the online course the same day. If you already paid for the course, the refund tiers above apply exactly as normal.

For technical issues, please contact our support team first. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will handle your case individually.
