These Terms are a legally binding contract between you ('Student') and Mirai Traffic School ('Company'). By using our DMV-licensed Traffic Violator School, you agree to these Terms.

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You meet eligibility for Traffic Violator School

• All information you submit is accurate

You agree to:

• Maintain control of your account

• Complete lessons, quizzes, and the exam independently

• Comply with DMV time-tracking requirements

• Respond truthfully to identity verification

• Not use automation or AI to answer quizzes/exams

A Completion Certificate is issued only when:

• All lessons are completed

• Course completion requirements are satisfied

• All chapter quizzes are passed

• Final exam is passed with 70% or higher

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Cheating or using unauthorized assistance

• Sharing exam answers with others

• Using external sources for answers during exams

• Using automation to bypass timing requirements

• Tampering with identity verification systems

Our website chatbot and AI voice receptionist:

• Provides educational support only

• Does NOT provide legal advice

• Does NOT give test answers

• Should not be relied on for legal or court-related guidance

• May make mistakes; verify case-specific or eligibility information with the court, DMV, or human support

• Will send a course-link SMS only after your express verbal permission; reply STOP to opt out

• May connect you with our team or take a callback request when needed

AI voice calls are recorded and transcribed by Vapi for quality, training, and support. Mirai Traffic School retains minimal operational metadata and structured outcomes as described in our Privacy Policy, but does not keep its own copy of the call recordings or full transcripts.

All course materials, text, images, videos, and software belong to Mirai Traffic School. Copying or distributing content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

If you submit a course evaluation, you agree that we may publish your star rating, written comment, and a shortened display name (your first name and the initial of your last name, e.g. 'Leonila A.') on miraitrafficschool.com and our partner channels.

We will never publish your full name, email address, date of birth, driver's license number, citation number, or any DMV-related record.

Reviews are moderated. We may decline to publish, or remove at any time, any review that is fraudulent, off-topic, defamatory, or that violates these Terms.

You may request removal of your published review at any time by emailing support@miraitrafficschool.com.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

• The results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable

• Any specific court ruling, DMV decision, insurance outcome, or point dismissal will result from completing our course

Court outcomes, DMV decisions, insurance premium changes, and traffic point dismissals are entirely outside our control. We make no representations, guarantees, or warranties regarding any specific outcome from completing our traffic school course. The decision to accept or reject a traffic school completion certificate rests solely with the applicable court, DMV, or insurance company.

Completing our course does not guarantee dismissal of a traffic ticket, removal of points from your driving record, or any reduction in insurance premiums.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIRAI TRAFFIC SCHOOL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Any loss arising from court or DMV decisions, rulings, or outcomes

• Any damages resulting from insurance premium changes or point assessments

• Errors caused by user devices, internet connectivity, or browser issues

• Third-party service disruptions (including payment processors, hosting providers, or DMV systems)

• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by you for the course

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud or misrepresentation

• Violations of these Terms

• Abuse of system resources

• Bypassing or attempting to cheat requirements

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in California courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The course is delivered online. From time to time we may also schedule optional in-person classroom sessions when enough students in one area request the same date.

• Joining a classroom date is free and does not reserve a seat

• We confirm or cancel each session by email about 72 hours before the date

• A session may be cancelled if too few students sign up, or for venue or weather reasons

• If a session is cancelled, you owe nothing extra and may complete the course online

• Attending in person does not change course requirements, pricing, or certificate processing
