Speed-related crashes numbered 90 and ranked 3rd. Speed also decides traffic school here, because the court does not allow it for a driver cited at more than 25 mph over the limit.

If you cannot afford the fine, you can appear in court on or before your due date without posting bail and ask the court to consider your ability to pay.

Your courtesy notice says whether you are eligible. Pay the fine and the court's traffic school fee by the due date on that notice, then sign up with a school from the DMV list the court links. Miss the date and a DMV hold can keep you out of traffic school.
