Elk Grove Traffic School

Some of the city's safety work is paid for through the state. Once your ticket is filed, the court mails a reminder notice to the address written on it, so keep that address current.

Traffic school is something you ask the court for, and the court makes the final call. Its conditions are a valid non-commercial license, no traffic school sign-up in California in the 18 months before the ticket date, and a moving violation that carries a DMV point, with no alcohol or drugs and no charge under Vehicle Code Section 22406.5. The court sets one due date for both the payment and the course and prints it on your Agreement to Attend Traffic Violator School. It allows no extensions or partial payments, and if either one comes in late, the point goes on your DMV record.
